Position Summary: The Account Manager is Ace's primary business contact for National Accounts and is responsible for client interaction and overall service delivery satisfaction, client volume and revenue growth. The Account Manager ensures excellent customer service and represents Account needs and goals within the organization to maintain quality. The Account manager is responsible for building relationships with Account staff that keeps consistent business volume and earn new and repeat business.
