About The Position

The Account Manager position exists to support across the sales team and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an established book of business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer success experience.
  • Possess organizational, prioritization, time management and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to move into a direct sales role long term.
  • Preferred location FL or OH, willing to be flexible on location for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels.
  • Acting as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide superior service and solutions.
  • Evaluating existing relationships, grow and expand relationships, create a territory plan and successfully execute against that strategy.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Calling existing customers to secure appointments, gathering information on their needs, positioning and demonstrating the value of our products to address their business issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts and close sales.
