The Account Manager is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through sales and marketing principles while maintaining strong relationships with key customers. This position will be actively involved in designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support expansion and growth of company services, products, and brand. This position will be involved in discussions related to a wide variety of issues for potential sales growth opportunities and future projects while managing a variety of digital assets, marketing campaigns, digital touch points. This position will own the development and implementation of strategies for target customer channels, maintenance of analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Working on behalf of the UHS hospitals, this position is accountable to understanding budgeted referral calls for each facility and the market overall and for generating the required budgeted referral calls. The Account Manager is responsible for implementing the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. Hours are based on departmental, and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours, as directed by the department head. Preferred applicants reside within 25 miles of Lansing.
