About The Position

We’re looking for a technically strong, relationship‑driven Account Manager to support key customers across the Boston region. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll partner with some of the most innovative engineering teams in the world. You’ll serve as both: The face of Keysight — introducing cutting‑edge solutions, shaping account strategy, and driving growth The voice of the customer — bringing insights, opportunities, and technical challenges back into the organization This role offers the best of both worlds: the autonomy to run your own territory and the backing of a global technology leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent technical experience
  • 5+ years of customer‑facing experience (technical sales, business development, field engineering, or similar)
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to speak confidently with engineers and technical leaders
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive account strategy
  • U.S. citizen and current resident of Massachusetts or New Hampshire
  • Primarily local travel across the region

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing large, strategic, or global accounts
  • Background supporting high‑tech customers (semiconductor, RF/microwave, aerospace/defense, comms, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with engineering teams, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive new opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
  • Represent Keysight’s full portfolio — from state‑of‑the-art instruments to software, services, and turnkey solutions.
  • Partner with channel teams to expand market reach.
  • Own pipeline development and lead‑generation efforts that fuel ongoing growth.
  • Use your engineering expertise to understand customer architectures, test challenges, and technology roadmaps.
  • Uncover needs behind the needs — and bring forward solutions that accelerate their innovation cycles.
  • Develop account plans that connect customer goals with Keysight’s capabilities.
  • Work closely with Keysight’s technical specialists to address customer challenges with creativity and confidence.
  • Guide customers through complex evaluations and solution decisions.
  • Be a strategic partner as they push the boundaries of what’s technologically possible.
