You are a master of follow-through, ensuring that no patient or provider falls through the cracks. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the "post-sale" lifecycle. Once our Account Executives bring a partner on board, you take the baton to ensure the relationship is nurtured, the clinical staff is supported, and the volume of patients referred to Carda grows consistently over time. You will work closely with our clinical and growth teams to ensure that Carda Health becomes an indispensable part of our partners' daily workflow.
