Koddi is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. This role serves as the primary post-onboarding point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing a portfolio of accounts. The Account Manager partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic insights, drive adoption of Koddi solutions, and ensure client goals are met. As an Account Manager, you will apply strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills to monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while serving as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring alignment between client needs and Koddi’s products and services.
