At Gallagher, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to build strong relationships, deliver results, and contribute to our shared success. Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Lead the renewal process, working with our production team to deliver the best solutions on time. Strengthen client relatinships and secure new opportunities by building trust and providing ongoing care. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and the growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
  • Experience managing client accounts, ideally in employee benefits or a related field.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.
  • A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
  • A commitment to doing what’s right for clients and the team.
