You will serve as the primary point of internal contact on key follow-through and follow-up issues, understanding customer needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the nutritional supplement, OTC, and skin care market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing accounts. Strong demonstrated capabilities with Microsoft Office tools like Excel are required. Experience with ERP systems preferred.
