About The Position

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Account Manager to join our Broward branch. This individual will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves understanding client needs, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful recruitment of candidates to fill those needs; in addition to handling client check-ins onsite at the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in the staffing industry and be bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with a diverse applicant and client base. Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry
  • Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
  • Highly organized multitaskers who work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of each client's needs and recruit a qualified talent pipeline to meet those recruitments
  • Effectively educate and promote candidates on various open positions
  • Apply strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to ensure smooth interactions between clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Thoroughly screen applicants to fill positions with specific requirements
  • Keep thorough records of all interactions with clients and employees
  • Exhibit a willingness to perform client visits and attend job fairs as needed
  • Demonstrate the ability to interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy
  • Manage field employees, including attendance, coaching and terminations.
