Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for assisting area leaders and directors to develop and deliver marketing plans for assigned business partners within The Villages Company. This includes working with business partners to create marketing and communication plans. This role collaborates and coordinates with other members of the team to ensure that all elements of a business partner’s marketing needs are met. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Full Time, Onsite Position

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned account matters.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Develop and deliver marketing plans for assigned business partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to communicate client goals and needs.
  • Oversee the execution of the business partner’s marketing plan and/or advertising.
  • Work with project coordinators and creative designers to develop advertising layouts that accurately reflect the brand and the organization and to ensure creative work is in alignment with business partners’ needs.
  • Coordinate with Event Planner for grand openings and other events which support the marketing plan.
  • Work with business partner and digital team to develop, implement, and maintain a digital strategy based on brand, voice, services, and products.
  • Analyze and track Marketing Plan to make sure goals were achieved and adjusts accordingly.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four (4) year College or technical school preferred; or four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • This position requires a strong drive to deliver the ultimate customer marketing experience, enthusiasm for The Villages and all it has to offer, and the ability to problem solve to handle a variety of variables.
  • Must be able to communicate orally confidently and effectively, in writing and electronically.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software knowledge.
