We’re looking for a strategic, revenue-minded Account Manager who can own post-sale client relationships across a book of 70+ active accounts. You’ll ensure flawless campaign delivery, deepen client partnerships, and identify new opportunities for growth. This role is a mix of relationship management, strategic consulting, and data-driven performance analysis. In this role, you will: Own post-sale client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Lead client onboarding, campaign management, and delivery in collaboration with Ad Ops. Proactively identify renewal and upsell opportunities across your account base. Analyze campaign performance, communicate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. Partner closely with Sales, Ops, and Ad Ops to streamline handoffs and improve execution. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account health data in HubSpot. Prioritize your book of business by potential, ensuring the right level of service across accounts. Surface process improvements and client insights to help shape TLDR’s product and sales strategy.
