ACCOUNT MANAGER, Account Services Department (This role will be based out of our Syracuse, New York or Rochester, New York offices) The Account Manager helps manage and support the agency’s relationship with the client by helping to develop marketing strategies and plans. They have the ability to clearly communicate client objectives to the internal teams and are responsible for monitoring the workflow of all projects including managing work for client presentations and proposals. Expectations: Solutions provider. Become a client expert. Be a project expert. Contribute to ideation. Ensure clients are delivering what we need to make the idea & project successful (Briefs, reviews, approvals, etc.) Ensure flawless execution using agency resources and set processes.
