The Customer Growth team is seeking an Account Manager to support our High & Heavy customers, including global OEMs and dealer groups. In this role, you’ll manage strategic accounts across end-to-end logistics and shipping services, delivering integrated solutions spanning ocean transportation, inland logistics, EPCs, and CPCs. You’ll drive commercial growth by developing and executing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, leading tenders and pricing negotiations, and ensuring seamless onboarding. Acting as the voice of the customer, you’ll collaborate closely with operations and product teams to enhance customer experience, improve performance, and achieve growth and satisfaction targets. This role is a hybrid position based out of either our Brunswick or Savannah, GA office locations. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
