About The Position

We are currently hiring entry level individuals with a CUSTOMER SERVICE, restaurant, retail or hospitality background for the Account Manager position. We have found that candidates working in the retail, restaurant, hospitality and any type of customer service position are very easy to train into our Account Manager position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention and customer acquisition, and this all requires the ability to confidently interact with people. What do we offer? Due to expansion, we are willing to train highly motivated people for management and customer service & sales opportunities. Candidates must be willing to work hard in an entry level customer service position. We have a great Management Training Program in place to take top candidates from the Entry Level to a Management level in the company. Candidates will work in the following areas: ● Account Management ● Client Retention and Acquisition ● Training and coaching others to develop their skills ● Learning the business aspect of running a marketing firm ● Retail Sales & Marketing--in office training to learn the campaigns ● This job involves one on one sales interaction with customers.
