Enterprise cybersecurity is broken. Current annual cybersecurity spending is roughly $150B, with most enterprises spending heavily to deploy, manage, and configure 100s of different tools for marginal security benefit. At Zip, our goal is to build software that makes enterprise cybersecurity reasonable – to reduce bloat by bundling and configuring opinionated security tooling, synchronizing everything from device management to application security under one central pane of glass. We are hiring an Account Manager to own the operational management of customer accounts post-sale, including customer onboarding, relationship building, technical setup, and ongoing account operations. Role Overview As an Account Manager at Zip Security, you will be responsible for the operational health of a portfolio of customer accounts. You will ensure customers are onboarded correctly, accounts are kept in good standing, issues are tracked and resolved, and billing & renewals are managed on schedule. This role is highly execution-oriented and relationship-based. Success depends both on process creation and operational tracking as well as an ability to build trust with customers.
