About The Position
The Account Manager is part of the Embedded Program Team and manages a suite of employees supporting intelligence and security services. The position will manage several small groups of employees coordinated by client and skillset to provide consistent engagement, training, planning, and intelligence solutions. The Account Manager will manage staff hiring, timecards, and supervisory oversight of the group, and will cooperate with the Program Coordinator and other Embedded Team Managers to support a consistent program and trackable metrics. The position will work closely with the Director of Embedded Programs to follow, document, and manage program initiatives, and will engage other company subject matter experts to produce training and team improvements. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in the security or intelligence fields, project management experience, and supervisory experience managing and mentoring relationships with diverse teams.
