About The Position

The Judge Group is looking for a Direct Hire Recruiter to manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identifying business opportunities to the recruiting and fulfillment of the position. As a direct hire recruiter, you will be responsible for the development and growth of a client base through strategic sales activity. This includes developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, as well as the development of job postings, sourcing/identifying qualified candidates, presenting candidates to clients, and managing the client and candidates through the entire hiring process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, Account Manager or Recruiter role
• Direct Hire experience in an Agency environment preferred but not required
• Accounting & Finance, HR & Marketing, Food, Beverage or CPG, Retail, Industrial and/or Consumer Products staffing experience preferred but not required
• Proven sales track record - Account Manager / Business Development
• Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
• Identify new business and develop relationships with key client hiring managers and senior executives
• Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and social media
• Build relationships with top candidates, conduct professional interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients
• Develop job postings, search/screen/identify qualified candidates, present candidates to clients, and manage the client and candidates through the entire hiring process
• Expand and maintain existing client base, maintain consistent pipeline of prospective business and secure qualified opportunities
