About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales / Business Development professional to expand third-party administration (TPA) services. The ideal candidate will be based in Indianapolis, Indiana (but anywhere in Indiana is accepted), with strong local knowledge and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the region. While remote work is possible, most client meetings and relationship management will take place within the local area.

Requirements

  • Proven sales or business development experience (financial services or retirement industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business relationships with financial advisors, plan sponsors, and other referral sources
  • Promote retirement plan administration services and solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing agreements
  • Attend in-person meetings, networking events, and industry functions within Indiana
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Track performance metrics and provide reporting on business development activities
