As an Account Manager at Autoliv, you will develop strategies and lead activities to grow sales and profitability within the Toyota/Mazda/Subaru Business Unit. Your role will involve providing customer insights by collecting and analyzing data to offer actionable insights and guide decision-making. You will identify opportunities to maximize business potential and lead quotation activities for identified new business opportunities. Additionally, you will work with PM/PFT to develop and execute profitability improvement plans for launch projects, and collaborate with BSG to manage all aspects of financial planning and performance, including income statement improvement and customer funding for development and tooling costs. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will ensure alignment of historical quotation submissions on both regional and global levels. You will also liaise with global colleagues, especially in Japan, and demonstrate high flexibility in supporting global and regional activities, including travel and virtual meetings. Strong oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
