Reporting into the General Manager, and working alongside operations, logistics and finance the Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue through new client acquisition by managing the complete sales process. The role involves strengthening client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings, building and managing a book of business through outbound prospecting as well as inbound opportunities. The Account Manager must be organized, effectively managing an account set and keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities. Additionally, the role includes enabling successful roll-out of AIM services to customer employees, which involves sharing and developing relevant documentation, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches and site visits in person.
