The Account Manager is responsible for partnering with our customer to strategize the right business offerings for both new and existing programs. This role will focus on fulfillment services, while also partnering with production and sales teams. The Account Manager will foster a strong customer relationship to understand the customer's need and translate to the best solution. This position will warrant travel and/or relocation based on client location and business need. This position is on-site in office at our West Allis, WI location and will also warrant travel 1 to 2 times per month to our client location dependent upon business need.
