About The Position
Energy CX is rapidly growing its customer success team and is looking for professionals with a proven track record of success. We are looking for customer-facing individuals who will be responsible for renewing our existing customers and strengthening the relationship. Given that this is a growing team we are looking for an individual who is comfortable in a dynamic environment. The person for this job is a relationship builder and excellent communicator. Energy CX believes in obsessing over the customer experience. We are looking for people who understand the importance of this innately, and get excited about making customers happy.
