About The Position

The Account Manager at BrightView serves as the primary contact for clients, focusing on building long-term relationships that enhance client satisfaction and retention. This role involves overseeing field operations and supervising a Production Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • 1 year minimum of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry
  • An associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
  • Facilitate the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
  • Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clients
  • Generate referrals from existing clients and pass them to the Business Developer
  • Develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goals
  • Assist in overall leadership of the branch
  • Maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels
  • Coordinate with the Branch Administrator to ensure branch databases contain up-to-date client information
