About The Position

In this exciting new role as Account Manager at Li & Fung, you will be responsible for building client relationships and driving sales growth within this expanding division. Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of account management experience with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Track record of exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of costing, materials, and TNA's.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex costing information.
  • Experience managing high SKU counts with accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and relevant software for data analysis and management.
  • Curiosity to cultivate efficiencies through the use of AI.
  • Dedication to outstanding customer service and cost optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility for travel to client meetings and trade shows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage one or multiple private label apparel accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and exceptional customer service.
  • Optimize costing strategies to maintain profitability and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams for efficient production and delivery of high-volume SKUs.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and growth strategies.
  • Deliver accurate costing information and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Analyze sales data to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Uphold high customer service standards and address costing-related concerns.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure on-time deliverables.
  • Streamline costing processes and enhance customer experience through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and provide recommendations for market positioning and cost competitiveness.

Benefits

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00.
