Fueling your passion As an Account Manager, you are managing customer accounts and ensuring chemical programs deliver value and performance. You are maintaining field inventory, handling customer expectations, and providing technical sales support. You are performing field service work, servicing pumps, conducting lab analysis, and managing preventive and remedial maintenance services onsite. You are collaborating with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Upstream Chemicals and Oil & Gas.
  • Have mechanical aptitude and ability to perform hands-on field work.
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and management effectively.
  • Have solid understanding of upstream chemical applications and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining chemical field inventory and ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Handling customer expectations through immediate and effective problem-solving.
  • Understanding client needs and providing technical sales support to realize sales opportunities.
  • Performing field service work on client operations and servicing pumps in the field.
  • Conducting laboratory analysis and interpreting results for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Managing maintenance services onsite, including preventive and remedial actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
