We're looking for a UK based driven, relationship-focused Account Manager (Expansion Representative) to join our international Sales team. In this role, you'll partner directly with our existing customer base to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue through upsells, expansions, and add-on sales. This is a quota-carrying role, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands the value of long-term partnerships, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales, account management, or expansion/upsell role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to uncover customer needs
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-through
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management habits

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the fitness industry is a strong bonus
  • Familiarity with TeamUp is a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product suite
  • Educate customers on product features, add-ons, and solutions that support their business goals
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within our CRM
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience grounded in trust, value, and expertise
