About The Position

Responsible for establishing relationships with customers, responding to service requests, and providing support to Account Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Begin to establish post-sales relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers on completed inspections and inquire about need for additional services.
  • Assist superintendents with setting up work orders.
  • Respond to customer service requests by phone or email.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to correct party.
  • Assist account manager with day-to-day tasks.
  • Provide assistance to office administrator with daily administrative tasks.
