About The Position

Account Manager Trainee – Telecommunications (AT&T) Location: Knoxville, TN Are you eager to develop your skills in sales and marketing? This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while promoting telecommunications services.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required – retail sales, brand ambassador, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, friendly personality – you love talking to new people and making connections.
• Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to earn commissions.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) in a retail setting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in high-traffic retail locations and promotional events to introduce them to AT&T’s premium telecommunications solutions.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of AT&T’s products and services, including mobile plans, internet, and home entertainment.
• Assist customers in selecting the best plans and services based on their needs.
• Generate leads and drive customer sign-ups.
• Develop essential sales and communication skills while working toward sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional brand experience, ensuring customers feel confident in their decision to choose AT&T.
• Work a consistent full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with no early morning or late-night shifts.
