About the position

The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts and provide a high level of customer service. All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand. The role involves promoting the Hilti image, selling Hilti products and services, consulting with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store, managing inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information, maintaining the customer database, and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Promote the Hilti image and sell Hilti products and services.
  • Consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store.
  • Manage inventory and sales records.
  • Handle administrative functions and order information.
  • Maintain the customer database.
  • Deal directly with walk-in customers and local team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred.
  • Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.
  • Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
