About the position

The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and smaller field accounts and provide a high level of customer service. All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand. The role involves promoting the Hilti image, selling Hilti products and services, consulting with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and sales records
  • Cross-sell and upsell products
  • Consult with customers and prospects
  • Maintain customer database
  • Deal directly with walk-in customers and local team members
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
  • Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months
