The Account Manager is responsible for the overall health and growth of assigned accounts and developing new accounts. Additionally, the Account Manager holds a working role as Senior Event Rental Consultant responsible for account management including sales activities from initiation through close. Responsible for entering and updating orders in our computer system, troubleshooting inventory questions and meeting with clients on site for site visits. Travel to installation may be required as assigned by and approved by the Regional Director of Tent Sales and Production. This position works collaboratively with other sales consultants as well as various Departments to achieve customer satisfaction. The Account Manager is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, growing assigned accounts, generating revenue and achieving long-term goals that are in line with company vision and values, with a proven track record of sales ranging between $2-4M+.
