  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives (including C-level) at a tier-one telecom client, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and capturing new business opportunities within the client account.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex IT consulting solutions, from requirements through to implementation.
  • Develop winning proposals and pricing strategies; lead pipeline reviews and sales strategy sessions.
  • Mentor and manage account team members, support performance reviews, and help guide career development.
  • Produce intellectual capital including proposals, client deliverables, case studies, and contribute to internal frameworks.
  • Lead the creation and negotiation of MSAs, SOWs, and CRs; proactively manage client expectations and project risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, project success, and business continuity.
  • 7+ years of IT consulting or systems integration experience with direct client-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in account management, delivery leadership, and business development within IT consulting.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies and operations across CRM, billing, ERP, and network systems.
  • Experience working with telecom segments: wireless, wireline, cable, residential, enterprise, and international.
  • Strong executive presence and experience working with C-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in contract management, pricing strategies, and deal structuring.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of telecom industry convergence trends, regulatory challenges, and competitive dynamics.
  • Familiarity with telecom operations such as backhaul, provisioning, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ability to position Excelacom's value proposition within the context of digital transformation and operational efficiency.
