Summary: This role serves as the primary relationship liaison between Jewelers Mutual and our partners. The Account Manager is responsible for strategizing personalized approaches to drive results across key performance indicators tied to organizational business plans while balancing incoming requests. Critical functions within this role include onboarding new partners efficiently while complying with all contractual agreements, cultivating strong relationships to drive new business growth, training best practices at all levels of partner organizations to ensure regulatory compliance and improve sales. This position works closely with P&L leadership, Business Development, and Operations to appropriately steer the direction of the product(s)/program(s).
