The Account Manager, Stop Loss is responsible for delivering high-quality, proactive service to existing and new accounts while supporting overall business goals. Working in close partnership with Sales Representatives, Underwriting, and Home Office teams, this role ensures a consistent and positive client experience throughout the lifecycle of an account. The Account Manager builds strong relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and internal partners by providing timely communication, expert guidance, and thoughtful problem-solving. A strong understanding of internal processes, renewal workflows, stop loss contracts, and product features is essential to effectively support clients and business partners. This role also plays a key part in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth implementation of sold business. This role regularly works with a broad range of internal and external partners, providing both routine and complex information. The Account Manager identifies service needs, evaluates issues, and applies established procedures to resolve questions and concerns. Independent judgment, strong organization, and a customer-first mindset are essential to success.
