About The Position

The role is responsible for administrative management, sales and retention support, and client level monitoring and reporting for all plans. The role will partner closely with internal teams and leadership to drive efficient plan operations and operational excellence in accordance with our strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of directly related work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects as assigned

  • Knowledge of retirement or pension plans is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partners and develops relationships with all internal customers to ensure needs are met based on segment model
  • Executes employer-directed/ plan level financial transactions
  • Responds accurately to assigned research requests via email tracking system within established timeframes
  • Maintains group data for assignments accurately and timely in the associated reporting system
  • Adheres to a rigorous attention to detail while following audit procedures and identifying process efficiencies
  • Supports future project initiatives by identifying areas of opportunity across multiple workstreams
  • Analyzes and completes form requests based on system requirements
  • Loads files and data into applicable systems
  • Develops and delivers end-to-end project workflow reporting requirements
  • Initiates service and maintenance requests for clients across various workstreams
  • Tests systems to ensure plan/participant level operations meet requirements
  • Enters data timely and accurately in various processing/informational systems as required to complete plan maintenance
  • Processes plan maintenance on various data processing/informational systems
  • Utilizes team resources to optimize results
  • Continually seeks and shares Subject Matter Expertise with team to ensure cross-functional processing
  • Partners with cross-functional teams supporting various regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and delivery deadlines and requirements
