Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, technology, or related B2B industries, ideally in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Ability to research, prepare, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, along with strong MS Office skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers to drive both retention and new business growth through the phone.
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and add incremental revenue.
  • Manage the customer journey from end to end.
  • Act as a key contributor in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and share expertise.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at both agency and client levels to influence business outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records and participate in the development of the installation forecast. Keep customer and prospect records current and support installation forecast planning.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding new and existing product offerings.
  • Track and report on installation metrics and completion rates
  • Champion the customer experience- act in ways that put customers first, promote seamless digital engagement, and foster loyalty to our products and services.
