We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager, SMB to help drive the growth and expansion of our current customer base! As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for customers unlock additional value from their CompanyCam subscription - whether through adding users or upgrading to a higher tier. Partnering closely with our Customer Success Managers, you’ll identify accounts with expansion potential and lead conversations to convert those opportunities into revenue. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, working directly with customers to understand their business goals, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they’re getting the most out of our platform. We value a fun, fast-paced environment and are searching for individuals who thrive on building relationships and contributing to our growing success. Location: Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, for this opportunity. Employees are encouraged to come hang at headquarters for up to 10 days per calendar year on CompanyCam’s dime.
