Requirements

Excellent and proven track record in understanding customer needs within SLED accounts, operating with meticulous attention to detail, urgency, and a passion for driving transformational business outcomes.
Vital experience in SLED (State, Local and Education), with 8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions aligned with Iron Bow’s core capabilities: Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration & Workspace Innovation, Data Center & Cloud, and AI & Data.
An out of the box thinker, who enjoys problem solving and with a consultative approach to driving cutting-edge technologies.
Masterful at prioritizing tasks to consistently deliver results within tight deadlines.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities for rapid learning and growth.
An inspirational team player who embodies leadership qualities, fostering collaboration and enhancing team performance with a winning attitude.

Responsibilities

Concentrate on consultative IT sales focused on providing customer driven outcomes.
Oversee sales and professional service solutions tailored to our core capabilities within large, complex SLED accounts specific region with a primary focus on Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration & Workspace Innovation, Data Center & Cloud, and AI & Data.
Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to expand account territory.
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and an excellent knowledge of their customers’ missions.
Developing and executing strategic growth plans to drive product and professional services business.
Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and OEM counterparts, leveraging these relationships within SLED market for success.
Driving mission success and growth by fostering strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
Leveraging business and community relationships to increase business revenue through information technology solutions sales.
