About The Position

BSN Sports is hiring an Account Manager for our Sideline Store team! An Account Manager leverages phone, email and remote conferencing tools to cultivate relationships with onsite "advocates" who will promote their individualized websites.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 1-2 years Inside Outbound Telesales/Customer Service experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Have a willingness and desire to serve customers.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling and emailing to existing advocates
  • Collaborating with advocates to drive incremental traffic and sales on their Sideline Store websites
  • Assist customers with store re-designs and modification requests
  • Leverage CRM application to keep in touch with stakeholders onsite and motivate them to promote their online stores
  • Answer all forms of customer communication including phone calls, emails and chats.
  • Updating CRM application with current contact info, interaction notes, and follow-ups
  • Recognize leads for future sales to pass along to Sales Professionals and Sales Management
  • Work on special projects including but not limited to outbound calling campaigns.
  • Resolves complex problems effectively by separating key issues and generating multiple solutions.
