Join our Biofuels Account Management Sales Team, where we work closely with customers across the North American ethanol industry to help them achieve their goals using Novonesis technologies. Our team of Account Managers leads a cross-functional account team to deliver value across every aspect of our customers’ operations. We work remotely, connect regularly through Teams and account meetings, and spend meaningful time on-site to understand challenges and unlock opportunities. The Role & Your Impact As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to assigned customers, owning relationships across multiple organizational levels—from plant managers to executive leadership. This role has elements of both commercial and operational aspects, strategically focused on driving growth, optimizing customer outcomes, and delivering value‑based solutions. Your key responsibilities include: Growing and developing customer accounts by identifying opportunities aligned with customer goals and Novonesis solutions Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships across technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders Collaborating closely with Technical Service partners to position technical learnings as value‑driven solutions Setting, managing, and delivering sales targets for assigned accounts Leads a cross-functional, empowered and accountable account team, contributing to shared success and strategic direction This role has regional responsibility across North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant technical discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within chemical or biochemical industries
  • Proven experience in account management and sales pipeline management
  • Strong sense of customer ownership and industry focus
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and competitive threats and translate them into action plans
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
