Requirements

  • The Account Manager must have prior supervisory or management experience in contract security operations, with demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day compliance with client service agreements.
  • The role requires experience selecting, training, supervising, and developing security personnel while maintaining high standards of professionalism, appearance, and conduct.
  • The Account Manager must be capable of building strong working relationships with client representatives, property management teams, tenants, and public safety partners.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills are required, including the ability to create effective schedules, control overtime, manage payroll accuracy, and ensure proper staffing of all posts.
  • The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish
  • The Account Manager must be able to conduct performance reviews, provide coaching or corrective action, and support employee development and retention.
  • Proficiency with computer systems is required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and USI or client payroll, billing, and reporting platforms.
  • The Account Manager must conduct site inspections, review reports and logs, maintain post orders and procedures, and respond promptly to serious incidents in coordination with management and emergency services.
