The Account Manager at Pref-Tech will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact and work with your assigned customers to understand customer needs and requirements and ensure a smooth sales process through excellent customer service and professionalism. You will identify growth opportunities and increase revenue with your account base and stay abreast of current and emerging technologies to help aid our clients in making informed decisions through strategic account management. This is a non-prospecting role focused on deepening engagement within assigned accounts.
