The Account Manager is a key member of the Sales team, responsible for maintaining consistent communication, ensuring service execution, and identifying pockets of expansion within a defined book of less complex accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service instincts and foundational sales skills who is looking to deepen their client-facing experience while managing a higher-volume account portfolio. While not expected to drive large-scale transformation, the Account Manager is accountable for ensuring account satisfaction, monitoring engagement health, and seeding interest in scalable solutions where applicable.
