About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to support and grow our RIA white-label platform. This individual will work closely with leadership to manage advisor relationships, coordinate onboarding, and ensure smooth operational delivery. This is a high-growth role with a clear path to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or client success
  • Experience in wealth management, RIA, or fintech preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for RIA partners
  • Maintain strong communication and ensure a high-quality experience
  • Coordinate onboarding of RIA firms and clients
  • Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with bill pay and accounting teams
  • Monitor workload and flag capacity constraints
  • Assist with proposals, pricing, and contracts
  • Join sales calls over time
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
  • Leverage technology and AI tools
