As an Account Manager for Retail SMB at Verizon, you will be responsible for introducing small and medium business customers to the latest high-tech 5G products and services that address their unique business needs. Your role will involve interacting with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. You will demonstrate the value of Verizon's products and services by providing end-to-end technology solutions to energize their businesses. Your efforts will focus on driving small business results, generating new business through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals. Additionally, you will partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to enhance sales performance and grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment. Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques, you will address business problems for your customers and service the needs of the existing customer base. You will also use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage your pipeline, and book of business.
