About The Position

Apple is seeking a dynamic sales leader for the Account Manager, Retail Business role. This position is crucial for introducing customers to Apple's solutions and fostering relationships with new and existing Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) customers. The dedicated Business teams provide personalized experiences, matching businesses with hardware, software, and services to support their growth. In Apple's Contact Center for SMB, the team proactively connects with customers to help them start, grow, and transform their companies. The ideal candidate will inspire an outbound team to deepen loyalty with existing SMB customers and acquire new ones, with a proven track record of exceeding ambitious targets and developing talent in fast-paced environments. As an Account Manager, you will lead the customer journey for commercial businesses within your territory, transforming their operations with Apple. This involves collaborating with retail and market teams to execute Apple's vision, identifying opportunities, and crafting solutions throughout the sales cycle. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a passion for thriving in an innovative environment to help business customers leverage Apple's ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology-based products or solutions, with demonstrated achievement against sales targets
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and account growth, with measurable results in expanding customer relationships and revenue generation
  • Experience managing a defined territory or portfolio of commercial accounts through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, forecasting, and driving adoption
  • Experience building and managing sales pipelines by analyzing customer needs, business requirements, and buying timelines to forecast accurately and prioritize opportunities
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams or departments (such as technical specialists, operations, marketing, or customer-facing teams) to develop integrated solutions and achieve business objectives

  • Experience with Apple's ecosystem (hardware, software, services) and track record of translating technical capabilities into business solutions for small and medium business customers
