The position also involves participating in company-directed training sessions, sales/business meetings, and company-sponsored trade shows, conferences, and conventions. Analyzing data, recognizing trends, and building an overall sales strategy to achieve desired results are also key components of the role. The candidate must understand the competitive landscape within assigned markets and share relevant information with leadership and applicable channels. A consultative selling strategy is applied to understand customer needs and proactively follow up with assigned customers.
