About The Position

The position involves building and developing relationships with local owners, managers, operators, and service providers within the industry. The role requires generating new business with various end users, including on-site staff and key decision-makers at management companies, ownership groups, and service providers. The candidate will plan, schedule, and lead daily meetings with customers in the assigned portfolio, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer activities and opportunities using the company's customer relationship tools. The position also involves utilizing the full company value propositions, including selling tools, programs, and fulfillment capabilities, to provide effective solutions to existing and prospective customers. Participation in company-directed training sessions, sales/business meetings, and company-sponsored trade shows, conferences, and conventions is expected. The candidate will analyze data using company tools, recognize trends, and build an overall sales strategy to achieve desired results. An intentional focus on the company’s core behaviors is essential to deliver best-in-class customer service with integrity. A consultative selling strategy will be applied to understand customer needs and proactively schedule follow-ups with assigned customers.
