The Store Care Specialist (Account Manager Rep II) will manage an established account for Solenis, a Diversey company. The primary responsibility will be to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and to identify new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Store Care Specialist’s sole focus is to guarantee quality of service provided, to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Store Care Specialist may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.
