About The Position

The Store Care Specialist (Account Manager Rep II) will manage an established account for Solenis, a Diversey company. The primary responsibility will be to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and to identify new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Store Care Specialist’s sole focus is to guarantee quality of service provided, to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Store Care Specialist may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills, an ability to connect with personnel on all levels
  • Expertise in business analytics
  • Janitorial/Sanitation experience is a plus
  • Food safety experience
  • Managerial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Engage and train contractors to brand’s standards
  • Engage and partner with store managers and directors to ensure highest levels of service
  • Audit current processes and operations in existing stores
  • Data analysis against brand standards to ensure proper product usage
  • Support business reviews with internal and external management
