About The Position

We’re a full-service independent insurance agency looking for a customer-focused professional to support our Insurance Producers in the sales and service of Personal Lines accounts. In this role, you’ll develop a strong understanding of each client’s coverage needs, as well as carrier rating programs and underwriting guidelines. You’ll play a key part in marketing and placing both new and renewal business, while delivering prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to our clients. This is a hybrid position offering both in-office and remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Personal Lines Account Manager experience in an independent insurance agency (required)
  • Active Georgia Property & Casualty license
  • Experience with insurance agency management systems; Applied Epic preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a desire to continuously learn and build relationships with underwriters
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic setting

Responsibilities

  • Market accounts for both new and renewal business
  • Partner with Producers to grow the book of business and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the agency management system
  • Manage endorsements, client communications, invoicing, and billing processes
